No Guarantee of Recovery

The program we created reports an accurate location to the best of our ability. Some areas have poor coverage, making it impossible for your phone to report it's locaton. The phone may be out of power, the app may be uninstalled. A thief may restore the firmware, or completly anhillate your phone. These, among other situations, make it impossible for us to assume responsibility for phones we cannot track. Refunds for the tracking service will be given at our discretion.

No Liability

We cannot be held responsible for a phone for which we don't help you recover. This service is provided on an as-is no liability basis. We cannot be held responsible for damaged phones, lost phones, battery life problems, etc. By providing assistence for lost phones, we are not encouraging carelessness. This service may not work well enough, and should not be relied upon to find your phone when you lose it. This software is to be used as a last resort, or as guidance on finding a starting point of a search for the phone.

Accuracy

The accuracy of our coordinates is given to us by the phone. The accuracy may not be correct, or maybe outdated. Accuracy depends soley on your phone carrier and the phone itself. We only transmit the information the phone gives our software. Due to these circumstances, we can not guarntee the phone is where the map indicates, and can not guarntee the accuracy reported by the phone.
